Why I Created This Presentation
The GenAI space is drowning in noise. Every day brings new tools and frameworks, but tools alone don't create business results. The difference between companies seeing significant growth using GenAI and those seeing nothing isn't the AI they choose, it's knowing how to actually leverage these systems. I created this presentation to cut through that noise and share the implementation strategies that work: how consumer companies can use GenAI to multiply their marketing and growth teams' productivity when they understand prompt engineering, context engineering, and the human+AI partnership model.
Using GenAI to create significant growth at Opopop taught me what's actually possible when you get implementation right. We drove 111% revenue growth by making GenAI central to our marketing strategy, not just a nice-to-have tool. Our 350% increase in content production and 50% improvement in ad win rates came from systematically applying AI across our growth operations while keeping our marketing team flat. This proved that GenAI isn't about replacing people, it's about multiplying the impact of the talented team you already have.
The real opportunity isn't in the technology itself, but in upskilling your current teams to leverage AI effectively. Companies that master this can continue scaling without proportionally increasing headcount, fundamentally changing the economics of growth. Your creative team can produce like they're 10x larger. Your growth team can test at velocities that were previously impossible. Your entire marketing organization can operate at a level that used to require armies of people and agencies.
I believe the next few years will separate consumer brands into two categories: those who figure out the human+AI partnership, and those who don't. This presentation is my contribution to helping more companies land on the right side of that divide.
